Bishop Joseph ZEN, sdb, has made the following appointments, effective 11 July 2004: Rev. Gabriel ALTAMIRANO O., mg, in addition to his current office as Parish Priest of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, Wanchai, Hong Kong, is to be appointed Parish Priest of St. Margaret Mary’s Parish, Happy Valley, Hong Kong, in place of Rev. Joseph YIM Tak-lung, who will take a study leave in Rome. Rev. Jacob KWOK Wai-ki is to be appointed Assistant Parish Priest in the above-named Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish and St. Margaret Mary’s Parish. Note: Rev. Francis LI Yu-ming and Rev.
