Fifth Sunday of Lent - God saves he does not condemn

A woman is caught … not while she was reciting the rosary! It is strange that the man was not caught. Aggression, violence, passion are unleashed always on the weakest; the strong always manage to escape from the law.

Fifth Sunday of Lent - Humayo tayo at huwag ng magkasala pa

Fifth Sunday of Lent: It is not easy to get along with God

Some Greeks were among the pilgrims who came to Jerusalem for the Passover. They had learned from their fathers to worship idols. As soon as they discovered the God of Israel, they embraced the Jewish religion. Their spiritual restlessness is revealed by the need they felt to see Jesus.

Fifth Sunday of Lent: Animo ay isang butil

Untie and let him go

The resuscitation of Lazarus is not his resurrection, because going back to this material world is to resuscitate, but to go beyond this material world into the world of God is resurrection.
In narrating this event John offers his readers not a cold account of facts, but a Christian message: Jesus, the Risen One, is the Lord of life.
