Caritas Bazaar season opens at Victoria Park

Hong Kong (SE): Around 18,000 visitors packed into Victoria Park, Causeway Bay, as Caritas-Hong Kong kicked off its annual season of charity bazaars on November 1.
John Cardinal Tong Hon, the bishop of Hong Kong, and Bishop Michael Yeung Ming-chueng were joined at the ribbon-cutting ceremony by the chief secretary for administration in Hong Kong, Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, and deputy chief executive of ICBC (Asia), Leung Ming-hym.
A second bazaar was held concurrently in Tuen Mun, the New Territories.

A joyous welcome for spring
|

Hong kong (SE): Caritas-Hong Kong held its annual spring reception on February 22, at Caritas Hall, Caine Road. Students from the Caritas Nursery School at Ta Kwu Ling, the New Territories, opened the festivities with a Lion Dance, followed by instrumental performances, singing and dancing by students from Caritas Fanling Chan Chun Ha Secondary School, New Territories.
