Kinagabihan ng Linggo ring iyon, ang mga alagad ay nagkakatipon. Nakapinid ang mga pinto ng bahay na kanilang pinagtitipunan dahil sa takot nila sa mga Hudyo. Dumating si Hesus at tumayo sa gitna nila. “Sumainyo ang kapayapaan!” sabi niya. Pagkasabi nito, ipinakita niya ang kanyang mga kamay at ang kanyang tagiliran. Tuwang-tuwa ang mga alagad nang makita ang Panginoon.” (Jn. 20: 19-20). |
