People’s Pilgrimage in Hong Kong

HONG KONG (SE): In what is being billed as a first for Hong Kong, the need for action on the environment has become an issue that is embraced by all faiths.

Over 250 people from the Buddhist, Jewish, Islamic, Baha’i, Sikh, Christian, Brahma Kumari and Hindu faiths gathered to walk for climate action in Lantau on September 28.

Invitation to pray with your feet for the environment

HONG KONG (SE): “There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under the heavens,” Ecclesiastes 3:1 tells us.

The Hong Kong Interfaith Network is telling us that the coming four months are a season to share our hopes and fears about the environment and unite our voices for a strong and binding agreement at the United Nations (UN) gathering on climate change in Paris during December.
