HONG KONG (SE): The faces of a mostly invisible group in Hong Kong were shown off in fine style on July 30, as a group of 55 young, Hong Kong-born and bred Filipinos aged between 10 and 20 took to the stage in a classy production of a musical written by local educator and artist, Catherine Tating Marsden, called The Sway of the Cradle (Ang Ugoy ng Duyan). |

Sto. Niño makes top draw in Choi Hung

HONG KONG (SE): A Sinulog festival was held at Holy Family parish in Choi Hung for the third time on January 17. Organised by the Sto. Niño Crusaders Group, the festival kicked off with a parade around Choi Hung Estate, in which nine communities from the parish danced their way around the extensive housing area to the haunting rhythm of drums while holding images of the Sto. Niño aloft. |
